Recently, I had an operation to resolve a problem with Carpel Tunnel and a growth on my wrist.
Arriving at the hospital at 7:30am, I was welcomed to the ward with kindness and warmth. I was taken to my room and I have to say how amazingly helpful the staff were, making me comfortable the whole time.
The Consultants, Doctors and Anaesthetists explained what was going to happen and when I arrived at theatre, again everyone was brilliant.
When back at the ward, the staff could not have been better, ensuring I had food and drink (great food). I had to stay overnight, and I actually enjoyed my stay and rested well.
I could not have had a better experience or treatment. What lovely, caring staff they are. They should be proud of the standards of the hospital, just truly amazing.
